Report of the IX meeting of follw-up and monitoring committee held in Quito - Ecuador on May 30 to 31, 1991. It includes the evaluation and monitoring of the activities of the Permanent Secretariat 1991, implementation of the decisions of the XXI meeting of ministers, status and progress of the andean subregionl oil integration project, activities developed by the departments, and cooperation agreements with internatioal agencies.
