The aim of this work is to perform an analytical study on natural convection in an inclined cylindrical annulus bounded by a heated inner and cooled outer cylinders. The mass, momentum and energy conservation equations are considered for an infinite annulus filled with air having a laminar, stable, steady-state and two-dimensional flow. Under adequated assumptions the resulting system of equations is solved by the central finite-difference technique, for the case of uniform wall temperatures.. ABSTRACT. INTRODUCTION.
