The viaibility of energy gains is studied by means of the process of anaerobic digestion of the mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) wastes as well as its efficiency rate in the purification. First this study has determined the physicochemical characteristics of the wastes. The organic wastes has been subjected to the following four different treatments : dilution; smashing and dilution, samshing, dilution and sifting; aqueous extraction by pressing. The characteristics of these four influents are determined again and each of them loaded in a digester of 5 1 of useful capacity. During the following 60 days of the batch process, the evolution of the following control parameters is studied; total solids, volatile solid, ash, pH, temperature, gas yield and composition within each of the four digesters. SUMMARY. INTRODUCTION. PREPARATION OF INFLUENT FOR THE PROCESS OF ANAEROBIC DIGESTION. EQUIPMENT OF ANAEROBIC DIGESTION. THE DIGESTER WRENCH. RESULTS.
