The effect of the substrate composition on cellulase production by Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rut C-30 has been studied. Results obtained when native or pretreated Onopordum nervosum biomass are used as the sole carbon source in the production media, are copred with that obtained for Solka Floc BW 200 as substrate of reference.
