The interim results of a scientific study into the design for the auctioning of renewable energy have fed into the principles on the auction of funding for renewable energy. The study analyses the market situation of the various renewable energy sources and makes recommendations for the auction design. It was drawn up by a research consortium consisting of Ecofys, Fraunhofer ISI, Consentec, the Centre for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Wuerttemberg (ZSW), Takon, and two lawyers' firms: Görg and BBG und Partner
