It analyzes the implementation of an environmental management system for the industrial park of Riobamba. It takes into account four case studies, which are a manufacturing plant, a pasteurizing milk plant, a tanning industry and sawmills. It focuses in the recovery of energy from biomass, water and air quality, and hazardous waste management.
