Human resource management in a total quality organizational environment. En : Journal of management related research theory development and application

The major characteristics of a total quality management organizational environment are reviewed and a conceptual framework distinguishing the process and content characteristic of traditional and total quality approaches to HRM is offered. Implications of this new paradig for research in human resources management are considered. It is concluded that future theoretical amd empirical research must be responsive to the quality management.
