As part to the Rio convention on climate change, Mexico is committed to report the national greenhouse gas emissions inventory. This report represents the initial fulfillment of that compromise. It builds up on the preliminary green house gas inventory for 1988. The gases included in this inventory are carbon dioxide - CO2, methane - CH4, nitrous oxide - N2O, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide - CO, and non methame volatile organic compounds...
