The purpose of this arbitration is to determinate the commodity charge for the remainder of the contract year that commended on november 1, 1996 and end on october 31, 1997. The commodity charge established by this tribunal will remain in effect until changed by the parties pursuant to the redeterminations provisions of agreement.
