This document outlines a core element of ENERCON's action plan which will serve as a springboard for the national dissemination of commercial viable and environmentally sound energy efficiency programs covering all sectors. To meet the challenge of promoting nationwide energy conservation practices and the establishment of a viable private sector support infrastructure, ENERCON, with ESMAP assistance, has developed a five-year action plan to coincide with Pakistan's eighth plan.
