Proposals for monitoring the perfomance of electric utilities

This report presents a system for improving electric utility efficiency through the identification and analysis of three sets of perfomance indicators covering generation, transmission and distribution, and commercial operations. The system is intented to supplement the more usual financial tests used to measure utility perfomance.
