Several of the chemical pollutants discharged into the Earth's atmosphere are condensable vapors. The weather movements causing dilution and the interaction of spectrally distributed solar radiation result in many forms of global level pollutions, some of which are increasing at alarming rates. This paper focuses on developing such a tool using nitrogen - methyl chloroform, a toxic inorganic solvent, as an illustration. This solvent is extensively used in degreasing operation often occurring in an industrial environment where dilution vis excessive ventilation by exhausting is prohibited in all industrialized nations of the world.
