This study assesses existing institutional capacity to integrate economic development and climate change considerations in Latin America and the Caribbean. The study covers a total of 20 countries in the region. It concludes with a view toward a sectoral CDM for the second commitment period, and specific recomendations that the Inter - American Development Bank may want to consider for its own participation in the CDM market.
