The Joint Review Panel after taking account of the evidence, cross - examination, argument and public comments during its examination of the offshore energy project - SOEP - and the maritimes and northeast pipeline project - M and NPP - concluded that SOEP and M and NPP were not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects, provided that appropiate mitigation identified in the course of the review proceedings is applied to both project and that the panel's recommendations were followed and implemented.
