This National Oil Spill Contingency Plan (NOSCP) has been prepared to relate at all levels to the Caribbean Island Oil Pollution Preparedness Response and Cooperation (OPRC) Plan – hereafter referred to as The Caribbean Plan. It also includes all aspects of oil spills on land.
