Las centrales telefónicas cuentan con equipos que manejan una tecnología TDM que actualmente es poco eficiente, debido a grandes falencias en su arquitectura ya que estos ocupan grades espacios. Las antiguas centrales no cuentan con soporte técnico ni repuestos. A nivel nacional, se están cambiando progresivamente los equipos de tecnología antigua y remplazándola por nuevas plataformas que ayudan a la administración de nuevos servicios. La plataforma MA5600-T presenta varias ventajas: provee distintas soluciones de servicio, solución de acceso Multi-Servicio, Solución Triple play, solución de Ventas de Multi-ISP para Internet, solución de Interconexión Línea Privada. Los beneficios y características de la plataforma MA5600-T incluyen abundantes puertos, networking flexible, funciones multicast, alta QoS. La plataforma MA5600-T facilita el manejo de la gestión y mantenimiento de las centrales telefónicas. En definitiva, permite ampliar sus servicios a los usuarios finales y aumentar la capacidad. En el desarrollo de este trabajo se presenta la creación de una guía técnica para la migración a la plataforma MA5600-T en centrales telefónicas, la guía técnica detalla todos los elementos que conforman la plataforma, comisionamiento de los equipos, además de las pruebas que se realizan en los equipos instalados para comprobar su funcionamiento.

The central telephone exchanges have equipment that handles a TDM technology that is currently not very efficient, due to great shortcomings in its architecture since they occupy large spaces. The old central telephone exchanges do not have technical support or spares. At a national level, old technology equipment is being progressively changed and replaced by new platforms that help to manage new services. The MA5600-T platform has several advantages: it provides different service solutions, Multi-Service access solution, Triple play solution, Multi-ISP Sales solution for the Internet, Private Line Interconnection solution. The benefits and characteristics of the MA5600-T platform include abundant ports, flexible networking, multicast functions, high QoS. The MA5600-T platform facilitates the management and maintenance of telephone exchanges. In short, it allows you to expand your services to end users and increase capacity. In the development of this work, the creation of a technical guide for the migration to the MA5600-T platform in central telephone exchanges is presented, the technical guide details all the elements by which the platform is formed, commissioning of the equipment, in addition to the tests that are performed on the installed equipment to check its operation.
