El presente Proyecto tiene como objeto el estudio y diseño teórico de un Centro de Producción de Televisión de Alta Definición, el mismo que representa una oportunidad a las estaciones televisivas de poder realizar actualizaciones en tecnología y contenidos en una área donde no se ha visto mayores cambios por más de 20 años. La decisión tomada por el Estado Ecuatoriano de adoptar un estándar de televisión digital, ha involucrado a realizar la adquisición de equipos y sistemas que permitan la transmisión y recepción de dichas señales. Entre las características más sobresalientes de la televisión digital se tiene la robustez de la señal en contra de ruidos, movilidad, optimización del espectro radioeléctrico, además da la posibilidad de invertir en infraestructura para actualizar las estaciones de transmisión de televisión. Para realizar el diseño del Centro de Producción de Televisión HD; primero se realiza el dimensionamiento del espacio físico que es destinado para el centro de producción. Se establecen los requerimientos mínimos de los dispositivos involucrados en el tratamiento de señales de televisión en alta definición así como de los equipos de energía alterna y continua.- ABSTRACT.- This Project aims to study and theoretical design of a Production Center for High Definition Television, which represents an opportunity for the stations to make updates on technology and content in an area which has not been major changes for over 20 years. The decision taken by Ecuadorian State to adopt a digital standard, has engaged to carry out the acquisition of equipment and systems that allow the transmission and reception of these signals. Among the most outstanding features of digital television is the robustness of the signal against noise, mobility, optimization of the radio spectrum, also gives the possibility to invest in infrastructure to upgrade television broadcasting stations. For the design of the Production Center for High Definition Television; first performed the sizing of the physical space that is destined to the production center. Establish the minimum requirements of the devices involved in the signal processing of high definition television as well as teams from alternative and continuous power.
