Diseño estructural, hidrosanitario, eléctrico y presupuesto del Parque de Estudio y Reflexión Latitud 0, basándose en parámetros de construcción sustentable. El Parque consta de cuatro estructuras principales: Sala de Meditación, Centro de Trabajo, Centro de Estudios y la Sala Multiuso. El proyecto inició con el diseño estructural, donde se escogió un sistema constructivo de muros de adobe reforzados con carrizo y cubiertas de madera con teja. Para el diseño hidrosanitario se optó por un sistema combinado de captar aguas lluvia y de un canal de riego que atraviesa la propiedad. Como en este lugar no existe un sistema de alcantarillado, para cumplir con los requisitos de sostenibilidad fue necesario diseñar una planta de tratamiento para aguas residuales. Con respecto a la energía eléctrica se optó por utilizar la red energética nacional como fuente sostenible de electricidad. Finalmente se realizó el cálculo del presupuesto del proyecto mediante el análisis de precios unitarios y se desarrolló los planos correspondientes a todos los diseños, para su posterior entrega a los encargados de la construcción del proyecto Parque de Estudio y Reflexión Latitud 0.

Structural, hydro-sanitary, electrical and budget design of the Latitude 0 Study and Reflection Park, based on sustainable construction parameters. The Park consists of four main structures: Meditation Room, Work Center, Study Center and Multipurpose Hall. The project began with the structural design, with a constructive system of adobe walls reinforced with reed and roofs of wood with tile. For the hydro-sanitary design, a combined system of capturing rainwater and an irrigation canal that runs through the property was chosen. Due to the lack of sewage system in this place, in order to comply with the sustainability requirements, it was necessary to design a treatment plant for wastewater. With regards to electricity, it was decided to use the national energy network as a sustainable source of electricity. Finally, the calculation of the budget of the project was carried out through the analysis of unit prices and the blueprints corresponding to all the designs were developed, for its later delivery to those in charge of the construction of the Latitude 0 Study and Reflection Project.
