The following tips and directions should make it easier for interested persons to keep in mind the deciding conditions for best possible wind measurement an energy prognosis. It will be described, what should be taken into consideration, when you buy measurement systems, which mistakes in the field of building up the tower and installation should be avoided, and which data for the calculation of the wind energy profit prognosis must be recorded. Even when the user – because of financiel or technical reasons – can not fullfil all the conditions for the best possible measurement systems, will he be enabled to value better the restriction caused from this. This booklet does not claim to deal with all relevant aspects for building up windparks or to replace professional und experienced wind consultants.
