Proyecto de Extensión. Fortalecimiento de la Gestión Pública Urbana Territorial

The following document contains the work process as part of the Participative Management Model in the creation of the Operational start-up for the Park for Human Development of Alajuelita managed by the extension project Strengthening of the Territorial Urban Governance of the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. Supporting the master plan of the Park for Human Development of Alajuelita, coordination and systematization efforts were made in the elaboration of the Operational start-up, for this process a multidisciplinary and interinstitutional team was created made up of the Ministry of Culture and Youth, the Presidential House, the Municipality of Alajuelita and the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. Through the apply methodology used, consisted of visits to national experiences, both individual and group activities of synchronous and asynchronous work. Among the technical outputs are: the project planning, scope and agreements taken between the parties and corresponding follow-up, the contextualization of the project and the user’s profile, summary cards of the visited case studies and the planning process and respective methodologies in the creation of the participative management model. The deliverable shows a process of joint work in the elaboration of public - public alliances and the strengthening of capacities and the improvement of the community of San Felipe de Alajuelita through the Park for Human Development
