El crecimiento sostenido del parque automotor y el inefi ciente uso vehicular son problemas que afectan las actividades cotidianas de transporte y que han llegado a ser percibidas por la poblacion. A pesar de ello, se buscan imperiosamente nuevas alternativas de transporte.Una manera de lidiar con este problema es a través del concepto Carpool, muy conocido y de exito internacional, que propone una alternativa sustentable junto a un uso e ficiente de los automoviles, a traves de los viajes compartidos. Sin embargo, este tipo de prácticas a nivel nacional no ha mostrado los resultados esperados debido a la desconfi anza por parte de los usuarios, el desconocimiento de este tipo de servicios y la complejidad asociada al modelo de negocio, como principales causas.La presente Memoria de Título tiene por objetivo crear un primer prototipo funcional de una aplicación móvil en Android, la que ha sido nombrada EcoleCar, que permita disminuirla descon fianza entre los usuarios. Los resultados consideran una primera etapa preliminar de investigación exploratoria. Esta determino el diseño y las funcionalidades espec íficas del prototipo implementado. La proyección de este trabajo contempla la etapa de validación e implantación de EcoleCar, lo que conlleva a un gran numero de bene ficios, los cuales permitan aproximar a nuestro país al desarrollo de ciudades inteligentes en aspectos de transporte y medioambiente.||The sustained growth of the vehicle eet and the inecient vehicular use are problems thataect the daily activities of transport and that have come to be perceived by the population. Inspite of this, new alternatives for transportation are imperiously sought. One way to deal withthis problem is through the Carpool concept, well known and internationally successful, whichproposes a sustainable alternative to the ecient use of cars, through shared trips. However,this type of practices at the national level has not shown the expected results due to the distruston the part of the users, the ignorance of this type of services and the complexity associatedwith the business model, as the main causes.The purpose of this Title Report is to create a rst functional prototype of a mobile applicationon Android, which has been named EcoleCar, which allows to reduce mistrust among users.The results consider a preliminary preliminary stage of exploratory research. This determinedthe design and the speci c functionalities of the prototype implemented. The projection of thiswork includes the stage of validation and implementation of EcoleCar, which leads to a largenumber of bene ts, which allow us to approximate our country to the development of smartcities in transport and environmental aspects.
