The purpose this report is to provide a summation of the results of recent geological and geophysical investigations conduced for oleoductos, S. A. by Republic Exploration Company, Texas Instruments Incorporate. The recent work was designed to evaluate the hydrocarbon potential of several oil and gas concesiones heel by Oleoductos S. A. Subsequent evaluation of that work led to the generation of an oil and gas prospect located in the vicinity of Villa El Carmen.
