This advice was carried out in a tourist accommodation project, located in the district of Bahía Ballena. The objective was to establish the steps required to achieve tourism sustainability certification (NCST) in the socioeconomic area. In general terms, the work done is described as follows: a. A diagnosis was made to determine the degree of knowledge of employees about sustainability; b. In addition, an assessment was made of the compliance of indicators and descriptors of the socioeconomic area by means of scheduled tasks in the short, medium and long term. The purpose of the advice provided was to guide and organize the administrative processes that the Hotel Cristal Ballena has to perform to achieve the Certification of Tourism Sustainability.
