Implementación de un Plan Piloto de TPM en la Llenadora de Puré de Banano

2015

Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Escuela de Ingeniería Electromecánica; Frutilight S.A.

Frutilight is a new plant whose main goal is to produce and always provide reliable products of high quality and safety benefit stakeholders and making the best working conditions and ongoing training to human resources. This answers the need for a pilot plan TPM in the critical area of the production process not only to diminish the losses of quality and safety of the product and thus the customer complaints, but to make a team of all departments of the plant in order that the company achieves continual improvement and growth together. The TPM methodology pilot plan in the filling of mashed bananas were: • Criticality analysis of the most important for implementing TPM (line pineapple juice and banana puree line) in terms of production costs, and ultimately lost time line. • Also, to reach the critical equipment analysis is done in terms of environmental impact, production, delivery time etc to determine the team. • A 5S program by ISO 19011: 2002 in order to ensure compliance with the guidelines of a quality and safety program. • A cost-benefit analysis in terms of cost, time and production versus the feasibility of initiating the implementation of autonomous maintenance on critical equipment. • The filling of mashed by analyzing 16 large losses confirms the recurrent failures due to equipment failure and this due among others to lack of stock of spare parts, the Manual Preventive Maintenance supplies this need. • Establish implementation costs versus TPM pilot plan costs due to losses from failures in the production line. • Database Access Maintenance: Proper maintenance management program allows the beginning of the collection of information and calculation of maintenance indicators so that manages to be as effective TPM pilot plan and thereby making decisions focused manner.
