There is a machine in Trimpot Electrónicas ZF in charge of molding the components build in the Networks area, those components are made in DIP, SIP, SMD format. This machine is controled by a system loaded by contact Relays. This is an old control system, and the size it ocupy is bigger than any other modern controler, and it is very dificult to detect the problems. Those disadvantages are problems like for example when the production is in a high level and the machine stops because the system fail, the detection of the problems can last few hours or even days, because of that the production stop and the company goal cannot be reached. The system designed will be able to control the peripheral devises that the machine use in order to work efficiently, it also have a alarm system to detect the problems faster, in that way the time required to find the problem will be minimized, improving in this way the process and the reaction time, another point that is important to mention is that the system is user friendly.
