Energy efficiency is a crucial pillar of the global energy transition and should be considered a priority measure in achieving the goal of building and reinforcing resilient energy systems that are economically and ecologically sustainable. This report summarises key findings from the workshop on the benefits of energy efficiency networks (EENs), key challenges and elements of success, and provides a basic toolkit for consideration by policy makers and industry to scale up EENs.
