The objective of this study is to assess quantitatively the prospects to 2030 for global and developing country energy markets and their implications for the environmental. This is to be achieved by using scenarios. This report considers four scenarios : reference scenario, alternative policy scenario, millennium development goals scenario, synthesis scenario.
